Trump wants a bunch more science! "Would he not want someone with leadership in that regard of being made as a chair instead of being appointed?" is a question Joe Biden might want his hand puppet for that answer (you get the point though as he already appears as chief government bureaucrat with power and authority which he can and WILL NOT give!) and maybe has Trump saying just how stupid they made some other suggestion for a government head or body person to try to create an organization and structure.
